Mazda Taiki: the lowdown
Is it just us, or has Mazda gone a bit concept car crazy in recent months? Its current design mantra of 'nagare' - or flow - has spawned the Nagare, Ryuga and Hakaze show-offs at recent motor shows. And, true to form, there will be another car in the series at the Tokyo Motor Show later this month.
Renault claims to have revolutionised the city car segment just over 20 years ago with the original Twingo – a small, cheap and frugal car that was great for punting around the back streets of Paris. For 2014 the Renault Twingo is back – and how, with the new third-gen car sporting some clever and innovative features. Volkswagen, SEAT and Skoda, watch out: there’s a new urban runabout in town.
Fiat is taking its Abarth 695 Maserati Edition, which we first saw in Geneva, to the famous Mille Miglia 1,000-mile race. The company is only producing 499 examples of the special edition. It will be displayed at Piazza della Loggia in Brescia, Italy, in conjunction with the race.
